Last Thursday, June 27th, we held our annual meeting with our esteemed group of hurling and football referees. The evening was filled with informative presentations on various topics, including new rules, referee reports, and an overview of the upcoming year.
A highlight of the night was the special presentation of new referee jerseys and full kits to all attendees.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the referee coordinator for organizing the event, and to our speakers: Patrick Doherty, Matt Shaw, and Niall Ward.
We also want to express our gratitude to CCC Secretary Keith Quinn, Minor Board Secretary Peter Collins, and the Camogie Association for ensuring that no games were scheduled on Thursday night, allowing all referees to attend.
