    Tommy Doyle and Paul Greville confident going into Sunday’s decider

    Tommy Doyle is hoping to fulfill every boyhood dream by climbing the steps of the Hoganstand next Sunday in Croke Park. The game throws in at 1:45pm and will not be available on our televisions as it’s clashing with both the Munster and Leinster hurling finals. Paul Greville will be hoping to lay on the experience he has of playing in Croker previously with his fellow teammates.

    It’s going to be a hugely exciting game let’s hope we can give the lads the support they deserve.

      Westmeath players Eoin Price, Shane Power, Aonghus Clarke and Cormac Boyle took time out to chat us before the big game against Carlow this Sunday.

      In a lovely relaxed setting in Cusack Park we heard from members of the Westmeath team looking to make history on Sunday.

      For any supporters sitting on the fence about going please lets get behind these great men on Sunday, that extra roar makes all the difference.

        Michael Ryan speaks to us ahead of this Sunday’s Joe McDonagh Cup final vs Carlow. Throw in is at 1:45pm and will unfortunately not be televised however follow our Twitter and Facebook live from 1:45pm as we try as best we can bring the action to you all.

        Westmeath need massive support on Sunday to overcome a formidable Carlow side and Michael Ryan is urging all Westmeath supporters to come out and support them in Croke Park and “make a good day out of it”.

                Westmeath are travelling to Croke Park on July 1st for the final of the Joe McDonagh Cup after a rip roaring contest between Westmeath and Antrim in round 4 of the Joe McDonagh Cup 2018. We spoke to a breathless Michael Ryan afterwards.
